Having completed advanced implant training through the International Congress of Oral Implantology, Dr. Warner has been recognized as a Fellow of the ICOI.
Dr. Ramsey Warner grew up in in Salt Lake City, Utah. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and graduated with a degree in Neuroscience. He pursued his dental education at the University of Iowa and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007. During dental school he was honored with the dental research award granting him a scholarship to pursue research in dental adhesive bonding. Dr. Warner went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. His resident training allowed him to serve patients with more advanced dental and medical conditions with a focus on prosthodontics, oral surgery, and treating patients with special needs.
After completion of his residency training Dr. Warner opened a practice in Colorado with his best friend from dental school. Over the 18 years Dr. Warner has practiced dentistry he has completed over 39,000 restorative procedures, 4,000 root canals, 14,000 oral surgery procedures and over 1,000 implants. In the last year alone Dr. Warner has completed 190 hours of continuing education related to implantology.
Dr. Warner takes true joy in watching patients smile again and live a pain free life through better dentistry. His passion for service is evidenced by his career long commitment to serve the underserved. Having participated in several mission trips to Mexico to offer free dental services to those with no access to care he has seen the ravages of dental disease. Relieving pain and restoring smiles is one of the most rewarding parts of his life.
When Dr. Warner isn’t nerding out on dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 kids. As a blended family, they enjoy sitting around the dinner table listening to bad “dad jokes”, playing games and talking about their dreams. Together they enjoy back yard sports, walks in the park with their dog, drawing together, and working out.

Meet Milo “Smile-O” Tolbert, the four-legged heart of Smile Now Colorado Springs Dentures and Implants! Milo is a lovable cocker spaniel and mini poodle mix who belongs to Dr. Tyler J. Tolbert, DMD, FICOI, and his wife, Raina Tolbert. Known around the office for his wagging tail, joyful spirit, and toothy grin, Milo lives up to his nickname by spreading smiles wherever he goes.
As our honorary Chief Morale Officer, Milo brings comfort and cheer to the team and patients alike. Whether he's making surprise visits, showing off his tricks, or simply being adorable in the waiting room, Milo reminds us all that a great smile (and a little tail wag) goes a long way.
